Thank you for choosing Vethera. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Unopened Products

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date, provided the product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. We'll cover the return shipping — just reach out and we'll send you a prepaid label.


2. Opened Products

Because Vethera Metabolic Support is a consumable dietary supplement, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. If something has gone seriously wrong with your order — a quality issue, a product that appears compromised, or anything that genuinely concerns you — please contact us directly at vetherahealth@gmail.com and we will make it right on a case-by-case basis.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, appears defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


4. How to Request a Return

Email vetherahealth@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]" and include your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Charges already processed are non-refundable unless the shipment falls under the conditions above.
