Vethera Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy Last updated: March 21, 2026
At Vethera, we want you to have complete flexibility and clarity over how you purchase and manage your subscription. Here's everything you need to know.
1. Purchase Options
One-Time Purchase — $45 A single order of Vethera Metabolic Support with no ongoing commitment. You're charged once at checkout and that's it. If you'd like to reorder in the future, you can do so at any time.
Subscribe & Save — $35/month Save $10 on every order by subscribing. Your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis and your product will be shipped to you each cycle. You can cancel at any time (see below).
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked, directly through your account portal at vetherahealth.com.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a billing date will take effect the following cycle — the charge already processed will not be refunded and your final shipment will be fulfilled as normal.
3. Already Been Charged?
If your billing date has passed and payment has been processed, that charge is non-refundable. Your order will ship as scheduled. You are welcome to cancel through your account portal to prevent any future charges.

4. Modifying Your Subscription
Need to pause, change your billing date, or update your shipping address? You can manage all of this directly through your account portal. If you run into any trouble, reach out at vetherahealth@gmail.com and we'll help within 1–2 business days.
5. One-Time Purchase Orders
One-time purchases are processed immediately at checkout and cannot be cancelled once the order has been submitted. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy if your order arrives with an issue.
